Why Coaching?
Glynis explains, "I was attracted to coaching because of the
powerful effect it has on people's lives within a
short timescale. I am passionate about what I do - which is being a facilitator for change. I don't make decisions for clients, but my role is to empathise, motivate and support, until clients have the life they want. On a personal
note I have plenty of life-experience - relocating south from my native north-east in my early 20s, being a full-time parent to two children who are now at university, and balancing work and family. I have been privileged to work with an enormously diverse group of people over many years - I've taught Princes and Princesses, ex-offenders and teenagers expelled from school, worked in recruitment in the City, and established my own coaching business. All of this gives me the maturity and experience I need to help my coaching clients."
