About Us
Glynis Kozma
I am the founder of Aspire Coaching. With a Diploma in Life Coaching, I am a Member of the Association for Coaching, which is committed to best practice and the highest standards in coaching. To become a member, my training and coaching experience had to be accepted by them and I coach within their code of ethics. I am constantly up-dating my own knowledge.
I have been a coach for several years, running a successful practice, coaching clients ranging from CEOs and MDs, to full-time parents. I have over twenty five years' experience motivating people and helping them succeed. I have an extensive background in education as well as experience in recruitment.
My books Summer 2010 I had 2 books published, both available from Amazon: Secondary School -a parent's guide, and Leaving Home - a guide for young people. especially those going to university. These books cover emotional and practical topics and incorporate coaching strategies.
Why Coaching?
I am passionate about coaching and how it transforms lives. I was attracted to coaching because of the
powerful effect it has on people's lives. I myself have peer-coaching, and appreciate how coaching helps me to focus on my own personal development. I too have had to adapt to change - I relocated south from my native north-east in my early 20s. I am a parent to two children, now in their early twenties, and know what it is like to both change career direction and balance work and family. I have been privileged to work with an enormously diverse group of people over many years. All of this contributes to the experience I need to be a successful coach and help you.
"Member of the Association for Coaching" "Qualified coach with experience in career, relationship, work-life balance and self-esteem coaching."
