Healthier Lifestyle We are never going to suggest you live on water and lettuce leaves. In fact we aren't going to tell you to do anything. But your physical health reflects the amount of stress in your life. High blood pressure, poor sleep, weight gain, and a lowered immune system are some of the signs that you could be stressed.
If you reach for the biscuit tin or that bottle of wine when you feel stressed or emotional, that's understandable. Most of us have that T shirt. But would you like to change that? Emotional eating stems from being unhappy with something in your life. Coaching can help you discover what and how to change it. The practical, action-based approach of coaching can help you change your behaviour rapidly. When you contact us initially we will always advise whether we think you need coaching or counselling.
