Career Do you enjoy your work - or is it a source of stress? Do you think about changing your career, or managing your time better? Can you combine the demands of home and family with your career, in a non-stressful way?

If you decide that career change would help we will enable you to evaluate what drives you, encourage you to have a deeper understanding of who you are and support you when you make changes.

Our Associate Coaches are qualified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)and can help you with career change based on your profile. We work with you on interview techniques, coping after redundancy and growing a business.

If performance at work is something you need help with, we can work with you, or with you and your employer together. Your employer may be willing to fund coaching in these instances.

Relationships Your relationships can take the brunt of stress. Lack of time for your partner or family can be a cause of stress, ultimately resulting in some instances in relationship breakdown.

Coaching is not the same as counselling. You will still analyse your behaviour and patterns of behaviour, but with coaching you commit to making changes within a timescale - set by you, never us. We have had considerable success with clients who have previously tried counselling, but felt no further forward. If we think you need therapy which we do not provide we will, of course, suggest it and point you in the right direction.

Healthier Lifestyle A good work-life balance maximises your chances of being healthy. Physical health often reflects the amount of stress in your life, with high blood pressure, poor sleep, and a lowered immune system being some of the signs that you are stressed. If you rely too much on alcohol, eat mainly ready-meals and rarely exercise, then an evaluation of your lifestyle may be helpful.

We are passionate about helping you maximise your physical and emotional fitness. Whether you want to radically overhaul your fitness or simply tweak your current lifestyle, we can help. It's never too late - or too soon- to make changes. We have contacts with excellent health professionals and complementary practitioners in Harley Street who support health including fertility.

We recommend a block of 6 sessions to make lasting changes.
