But parenting doesn't come with a manual and there are times when even the best parents need some help. Asking for help does not mean you are in any way a bad parent - just that you want to be a better one!

Glynis has personal experience of parenting too - her two children are both at university studying for Masters degrees, and one of her children is dyslexic.
