I do not like my job. I dread going to work on Monday morning. I feel unfulfilled by my career. I often have to take work home or work at weekends. I sometimes take time off work because I feel unable to cope. I find it hard to admit to others that I am feeling stressed. I travel a lot with work and find this is tiring. I do not get on well with my colleagues. My partner or family resent the amount of time I spend at work. My relationships suffer because of my work. I never exercise for the recommended minimum of 30 minutes, 5 times a week. I rarely eat healthily, including a minimum of 5 servings of fruit and vegetables daily. I need a drink, or more, each day to help me unwind. I don't have time for any interests. I sleep badly as work is often on my mind. I have frequent colds and minor illnesses.
